Your account

You need a verified email address to place an order. Keep your password private — activity under your account is treated as yours.

Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to your account, and change your password from your profile.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Stock is not reserved until an order is placed. If an item sells out between adding it to your cart and checking out, we will tell you before charging you.

If a product is listed at a clearly incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

Orders and payment

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted once we confirm it, and we may decline an order where stock, payment or delivery details cannot be verified.

We accept bKash, Nagad, card and cash on delivery. EMI is available on selected products through partner banks, subject to your card issuer’s approval.

Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can. Photographs are representative — colours can differ slightly between screens.

Specifications come from the manufacturer and may change without notice as brands revise their products.

Reviews

Reviews should reflect genuine experience with a product. We may remove content that is abusive, off-topic, or written to promote another business.

By posting a review you allow us to display it on the site alongside the product.

Liability

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Bangladeshi consumer law.
