What we collect

Account details: your name, email address, phone number and any delivery addresses you save.

Order details: what you bought, where it went, and how you paid — we store the payment outcome and a gateway reference, never your full card number.

Usage data: which products you view, so we can show relevant recommendations and keep the catalogue useful.

Why we use it

To process and deliver your orders, and to send you the transactional emails that go with them — confirmation, status updates, receipts and refunds.

To provide support when you contact us about an order.

To send marketing emails, but only if you have opted in. You can turn this off in your profile or from the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Order emails are always sent.

Who we share it with

Courier partners receive the name, address and phone number needed to deliver your parcel.

Payment providers receive the amount and reference needed to process your payment. They handle your card or wallet credentials directly — those never reach our servers.

We do not sell your personal data.

How it is protected

Passwords are hashed, never stored in readable form. Sessions use signed tokens delivered over HTTPS in cookies that JavaScript cannot read.

Changing your password or signing out everywhere invalidates every existing session immediately.

Your choices

You can view and edit your profile, addresses and marketing preference at any time from your account.

To request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account, email support@electromart.com from the address on the account.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your cart. These are required for the site to function.

Blocking them will sign you out and empty your cart between visits.
