Delivery timelines

Inside Dhaka city orders are delivered within 1–2 working days. Elsewhere in Dhaka division takes 2–3 working days, and the rest of the country 3–5 working days.

Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Friday are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery charges

Charges are calculated at checkout from your delivery address and the weight of your parcel — you see the exact amount before you pay.

Inside Dhaka city starts at ৳60, Dhaka division at ৳100, and nationwide at ৳130. Heavier parcels add a per-kilogram charge above the first kilogram.

Delivery is free on orders over ৳5,000. Some products are marked free delivery regardless of order value.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available nationwide. A small handling fee may apply outside Dhaka city and is shown at checkout.

You may open and inspect the parcel before paying the courier. If the item is not what you ordered, refuse the delivery and contact us.

Tracking your order

Every status change is emailed to you and updates live on your order page — no refresh needed.

Once your parcel is handed to the courier, the courier name and tracking number appear on the same page.

Failed deliveries

Our courier attempts delivery up to three times. If nobody is reachable on the number provided, the parcel returns to us and we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

Please make sure the phone number on your order is switched on during the delivery window.
